Refund policy

At Valor Home & Living, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The item must be in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom or special-order items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
